These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Haley's Cleaning Service website and the cleaning services we provide. By visiting our site, submitting a form, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Services

Haley's Cleaning Service provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, concierge / home management, senior cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services throughout Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Booking & Estimates

Estimates provided through our website or over the phone are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, scope changes, and conditions of the property.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee.

Payment Terms

We operate on a pay-after-clean model: payment is due upon completion of the service. Invoicing and payment processing are handled through Jobber.

Service Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

We strive for satisfaction on every visit. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haley's Cleaning Service's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, and fragile or irreplaceable items should be disclosed prior to service so our team can plan accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time
• Disclose any hazards or conditions our team should be aware of
• Secure pets and valuables prior to service

Insurance & Bonding

Haley's Cleaning Service is bonded and insured. Claims for damage should be reported within 24 hours of service so we can investigate promptly.

Charity Program Terms

Charity nominations are reviewed at our sole discretion, and submission does not guarantee selection. We may use submitted stories anonymously, or with attribution when the nominator has given permission, for marketing purposes unless the nominator opts out at the time of submission.

Website Use

All content on this site, including logos, copy, and imagery, is the intellectual property of Haley's Cleaning Service or its licensors. You may not scrape, republish, or misuse site content. Our forms may not be used to submit false, misleading, or malicious information.
